When can I expect my Order to ship?
To ensure your order arrives fresh, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. This way, your box of delicious sausage won’t be sitting in a hot shipping warehouse over the weekend.
Do you offer Pick-Up Orders?
Of course, you are welcome to come in and pick up your sausage at Houston Processing, 185 Houston Road, Laurel, Mississippi.
What Payment Options are available?
You may pay for your online order with major credit cards and PayPal. In the store, we have these options, but we also welcome good, old cash.
Can I find your sausage in stores?
Currently, our sausage is exclusively sold at Houston Processing in Laurel and online through our website.

How long can I expect shipping to be?
We ship using a 3-Day service, but if you want your yummy sausage quicker, let us know, and we’ll work with you to get that done.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
At this time, we only ship to the continental 48 states in the great United States of America.
Can I order in bulk?
If you need a bigger order than the boxes sold on the website, give us a call at Houston Processing, (601) 428-7289, and we’ll do our best to work something out for you.
Will you offer other flavors?
We have other flavors available at the shop and will be adding some of them to the website regularly.
Do you raise your own pork for your sausage?
We don’t raise our own pork, but use the USDA-inspected meat from a Mississippi farm that’s located just down the road a piece.
